Available as single or multi-user for one-to-unlimited employees with unlimited multi-company capacity, the software replicates the other best selling Qtac products in functionality and ease-of-use. A new automated payroll process reduces the lengthy manual input that is commonly associated with large or multiple payrolls. User definable input files or time and attendance data can be emailed to the client or departmental manager for authorisation, and – upon return – edited, reviewed and automatically processed. Contractual idiosyncrasies, separate pay schemes, departmental variances or temporary staff, for example, need never hinder the payroll process again. Payroll Professional also features an enhanced facility for starting new payrolls during the tax year. Parallel run mode allows for the correction of any variances against another payroll system before the next payroll run, letting companies centralise multi-site payroll systems or consolidate newly acquired payroll functions to headquarters. A new holiday credit accrual system, with absence recording features, has also been designed for those employing temporary staff. The software also features the latest electronic filing part submission facility, ideally suited to large companies with multiple sites that want to file P14s and P35s separately.
