The British Bankers Association was formed in 1919 and is the leading trade association in the UK banking and financial services industry. In communicating the industry's views, the BBA works with the government, the Financial Services Authority and the bank of England as well as the press, EU institutions and key opinion formers.

Two years ago, they realised that they needed to upgrade their system and they looked at several alternatives. Mondas then demonstrated Resource 32000 to the accounts team and managers who were impressed with the software.

Although they had their own IT department they hardly ever needed to get involved in the Resource 32000 as it could be handled with anyone of only limited IT ability. Resource 32000 made the subscription invoicing much simpler and payroll transactions became fully automatic. It enabled them to draw information from the invoicing system to provide the commercial side of the organisation with valuable marketing information on the buying pattern of customers.

Their overall view was that Resource 32000 was fast, flexible and very reliable and had all the functionality to handle all the trade association and commercial accounting requirements.
